Patient Information

Everything you need to know before your first appointment at Workstrong Physiotherapy.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

All appointments at WorkStrong Physiotherapy are one-on-one, 30 minutes in duration, and conducted by appointment only. Here's what to expect:

Initial Assessment (First Visit)

Your first appointment involves a thorough assessment of your condition, medical history and goals. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete intake paperwork. Wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Treatment Plan

Following the assessment, your physiotherapist will explain their findings and develop a personalised treatment plan. This will include hands-on treatment, exercise prescription and home program advice.

Follow-Up Appointments

Subsequent appointments build on the initial assessment. Your progress is regularly reviewed and your treatment plan adjusted to ensure you're moving toward your goals as efficiently as possible.

Home Exercise Program

Most treatment plans include exercises to do between appointments. Consistent adherence to your home program significantly improves outcomes and speeds recovery.
